Essential Oils have a wealth of properties to relax, calm and generaly make you feel better. Here at Kingswood we love Lavender Oil because it has wonderful relaxing properties as well as antibacterial and disinfectant properties. It makes a wonderful room freshner too, and if mixed with Bicaronate of Soda it can also deodarise those 'not so pleasant' smells. Here's How:

Mix a few drops with some distilled water and a teaspoon of bicarbonate of Soda in a spray bottle, shake gently and use as a pleasant room fragrance and because you only use a few drops each time it is very economical and lasts for ages. You can use other essential oils to make a room fragrance, Lavender is just one.
